What a terrible place this has become. Arriving from out of town with our dog, after a 12 hour drive, and we were told the reservation we'd made weeks earlier had been canceled on us. "But we sent a text," they said. Well, we found the text and there was no mention of a cancellation. It only said that they were "full." This, after we'd, you know, SECURED THE RESERVATION. Well, it's not our fault if you overbooked, PetSuites Eagan! Besides, isn't the point of a reservation that you've, well, RESERVED? Here we are now, prevented from visiting family because of PetSuite Eagan's ineptitude. All the while, the three employees stood there, like lumps. There's obviously no customer service training done here and it shows. Also, the place now reeks of dog urine, which says a lot. When this place opened, it seemed well-run and clean.
