DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! During my 20 years in the military, I had a lot of landlords and this company by far was the WORST. I began renting with them at a Long Beach property in 2016, and from that time we dealt with a multitude of major issues. Sewage overflows from the bathtub, rodents, and black mold were the major ones. Any time they are contacted for an issue, there is an interrogation and insinuation that the tenant is at fault for it. Then it will take at a minimum 3 days to address the problem IF they deem it important enough.
My family was forced to move out of the unit because we could no longer live under the terrible conditions our unit was in. The constant battle with an abundance of black mold got too much to handle, not to mention the many irreplaceable personal items & expensive furniture we lost due to it. What's worse is when we tried to explain that our unit was not safe or healthy to live in, the property owner's response was, "If you didn't like the apartment, why didn't you just move?".
BEWARE! We found out the hard way that they are insured to not be responsible for anything. This is why they treat their tenants and their properties the way they do.
