Went for opening day. Happy to have authentic Vietnamese food in the area. Opening day was extremely busy for them, but still managed to get the food on tables in a reasonable time frame. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. Staff was all friendly and accommodating. They gave us paper slips to write the items we wanted to order. For dine-in, we ordered the Pho 65 signature pho and chicken rice bowl. The pho had several types of beef slices and a huge beef rib along with plenty of noodles. The broth was rich in flavor and was a large portion size. The chicken rice bowl was balanced and fresh. We also had their delicious meat spring rolls, coconut coffee, and salt coffee - the salt coffee was my favorite drink. We ordered a couple of items to go since we live more than 30 minutes away and wanted to try more items. The grilled pork banh mi was great, even after eating later in the day and was actually our favorite! They bake the bread in house. I also had a grilled pork vermicelli bowl, which was enough food to divide into 2 meals. For opening day, they had a discount posted on their Instagram, so check there for any future deals. They also had baskets of candy and lotus flower decorations for free at the counter (where we paid at the end of the service). Definitely will be coming back. read more
