DO NOT EAT HERE for your safety. Nasty restaurant, there was a very LONG NASTY HAIR in my soup that I ordered and the owner who is a female Asian lady told us that they do not care that there was a hair in the food and that she is not refunding us. The owner is a very RUDE and STINGY GREEDY WOMAN who only cares about money. The owner doesn't care how she treats her customers. The hair was LONG and NASTY and had a HUGE pip on the end of it, it was so DISGUSTING and the owner didn't even apologize or say sorry. She is conducting bad business practices at her restaurant and her RESTAURANT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. The Asian woman who owns this establishment is a THIEF and she is also very DISHONEST. When we called to speak to her about the HAIR IN OUR FOOD, she kept putting her workers on the phone instead. She had us send pics of the dish that had hair in it and said she sees no hair in the pics, she is a LIAR that will do anything to KEEP THE CUSTOMER'S MONEY. The owner has NO CLASS and she conducts business poorly and refused to give us a refund even though we had hair in our food. That's really stupid in my opinion because you could've just corrected this one situation because me and my friends and family use to go there often and spend lots of money but we will find another restaurant to go to for lunch and dinner. It's easier to refund one meal than be stingy but now she has lost lots of money in the future over one meal that was her fault. She is NOT SMART at all and she has lost us as customers and will lose more because I will be sure to blog and let people know about my terrible experience with Pho Bac. They also didn't give me any of the sides I ordered and paid for, and left food out of our meal, we had a terrible dinner and she didn't even say sorry. The owner is a terrible person with no morals or values and she's NOT KIND and I've noticed from the reviews that I am not the first customer to have hair in my food at this restaurant , which means that health and safety protocol needs to be followed and people need to have on hair nets because it is not sanitary and it is a health issue. Health inspectors need to go into this restaurant because hair is found in the food often and that's dangerous with monkeypox and coronavirus going on. No one wants to be eating your worker's hairs. The hair had a long brown pip on it also, so it was very very NASTY and DISGUSTING. I will be sure to let people know how BAD this EXPERIENCE was so they don't go through what me and my family went through and have their money stolen and situation not rectified. SHAME on you, you're a TERRIBLE BUSINESS PERSON. I will NEVER RETURN TO PHO BAC ever again and when my BUSINESS PARTNERS fly into ATLANTA, I will be sure to not recommend your establishment. We will eat at Taco Bell for dinner before we ever step foot in this DIRTY DISGUSTING RESTAURANT.
