But that's not why it's 3 stars. 3 stars because I've only gone once and it was just okay. I got the chicken pho which I thought, broth-wise, could've tasted better. While they were generous with the meat and bean sprouts, I still left a bit hungry. Granted, I got the small size, I still paid close to $8 after tax and tip..
