Here today and really disappointed. This place has deteriorated. The vegetables were fresh at all. The food was oily. The spring roll wrapper was hard and not easy to chew. The spring roll didn't taste the same. I am posting this hoping they will improve. This place was our to go to through the years living in Oxnard. I hope they will serve better good quality food. read more
