Bless PHO PASTEUR on Dundas for being open 24 hours a day because I had a major craving for a GRILLED PORK AND SPRING ROLL VERMICELLI BOWL during a night shift one day, which led me to Google what spots would be open at 7:30 am for me to snatch some up on my way home (ha). It was definitely a good portion of food. The entire bottom layer was vermicelli and as you can see, they provided enough toppings for all the noodles. The grilled pork was flavorful and the spring rolls were big, filled, and so crisp. I love that they also accompanied the dish with some cucumber, bean sprouts, shredded lettuce, and pickled raddish. Honestly though, I'm thankful for the portion because they're definitely on the pricey side. If it wasn't for the fact that they're open at hours where others aren't, I'd probably choose to go elsewhere. Note: CASH ONLY. read more
