This is one of those og spots in Chinatown which have been around forever (and has been frozen in time and could use some upgrades). Cash only, with ATM on site. The convenient thing is that they are open 24/7, making it a great choice for anytime. The food here is generously portioned and delicious, especially the vermicelli dishes, pho, and bun bo hue.
