I called in a vegetarian PHO without Tofu at 6:25 pm. When I arrived 10 minutes later it wasn't ready. I walked to my car that was parked illegally only to realize my broth wasn't hot. I went back and requested someone in leadership. A lady came from the back and said we were busy, we are sorry, etc. I also asked why the broth wasn't hot and she said the lid expands. We'll get different lids or wrap it in plastic wrap! I was charged a bag fee and a container fee. Great customer service would have been a discount or a refund. Additionally, the menu prices need to be updated. All the photos are attached to reflect my review and experience. I am a Chef with a degree in culinary arts. The customer is "ALWAYS" right.
