A very nice restaurant to dine in and enjoy a good meal with family, friends, or on your own as well. The restaurant was very clean and peaceful, with plenty of seating available. We were seated immediately and given waters and menus shortly after. There was also a TV screen with a cute snowing video, which added to the cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
We started with the tofu spring rolls, which came with peanut sauce and tasted very good and refreshing. It was a nice, light start to the meal. Our waiter was also very nice and always had a kind smile when bringing the food.
The food came out fairly quickly and tasted great. My main dish was the B1 which included rice noodles & greens with pork, beef, and two shrimp, all of which were delicious. The meats were marinated, making each bite flavorful and satisfying. The noodles had a great texture and were cooked just right, and the greens were fresh, well-cleaned, and tasted delicious as well. Overall, the flavors were very good. The portion size was good and filling.
The table had different sauces available like siracha, fish sauce, vinegars, etc. so you could customize the dishes to fit your preferences. The dishes with meats came well-marinated, with simple but nice flavors, making it easy to personalize to your liking.
I also tried the pho, which had a very flavorful broth and perfectly cooked/textured noodles. I didn't get a chance to try the banh mi sandwich, but it looked great as well. read more
