We were STARVING after a long morning exploring Duluth and stumbled into PhoLicious. It is located in the DeWitt-Seitz Marketplace and it was the first thing we saw when we entered. We scoped the menu, and decided to give it a try. We got the Chicken Wings, which was perfectly cooked- drizzled in oyster sauce. We also also got the pork fried rice and the (16.) Pho Dac Biet- Special Pho which came with beef steak, brisket, blank, meatballs, tendons and the broth was SO flavorful! We didn't even have to add sriracha or hoisin, but it was available on the table for us if we wanted to add it- as well as chili oil, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Everything was so delicious and would recommend anyone to go. Staff was nice and helpful and the price point for the amount of food we got was NOT BAD! We paid about $48. read more
