It's already tiring enough driving thousands of miles a week only to arrive to Pilot and a shower is a minimum of 1 hour wait. The basic necessities of life shouldn't be such a long wait. They won't call the next number for 15 min to see if the "ghost" suddenly appears. When they decide to show up (at their will) they don't lose their position in line. So why keep everyone else waiting? Its the truckers job to show up. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've been staring at the rolling screen for a hour. I HATE Pilots. Love's is the BEST truck stop ever. I only come here when desperate times call for desperate measures. Disappointed every state every single time. The other day I waited 5 hours. Get it together. read more
