Look. If you're the kind of person who enjoys drinking out of jars, add another star. I'm not. I like drinking out of cups meant for drinking. Drinking out of a jar is what you do when you can't afford a cup, so you wash out the vegemite jar and use that. The hipster trend is just an insult. Rant aside, this is a nice little shop. They give off the 'organic' vibe, and they use coconut to make their soft serve, so it's probably great for the lactose intolerant. I went for the King Kong smoothie, which is essentially a fancy banana smoothie. I'm not going to lie, it was thick and delicious. I'd get another one, especially on a hot day. I don't really like the taste of coconut, but it was not overwhelming. We did discuss the economics of opening a place and spending up on decor for what is essentially a passing fad, but what do I know? Maybe it's worth it. Maybe this place will go the distance.
