We were craving another breakfast share board and headed to Hamilton with the memories of the huge spread that (hopefully) awaited us again. With these being COVID times we crossed our fingers and checked the menu...the share board for 2 was off the cards, but we were intrigued by the Express Plate and both ordered one. With poached eggs, bacon, the best halloumi we've ever had, greens (broccoli & Brussel sprouts), relish and toast it was the perfect size.
