I rented a storage months before I moved to the area full-time. I've since needed 2 more units for family members. Luck has been with me and Heidi is absolutely AMAZING! They have phone issues especially with voicemail but other than that this is the place to store your extra stuff at! The prices are fantastic, much less than what we used to pay in Tempe for the same size storage unit! It's so hard to even find storage units in the Heber-Overgaard area but Heidi has been great at letting me know when anything comes available to fit my family's storage needs. She's extremely friendly and always has a smile on her face! The world needs more people like her and affordable storage options like Pinecrest Storage offers! I highly recommend Pinecrest to anyone looking for storage units in the area. You might have to go on a waiting list but it doesn't seem to take too long to get one. I seem to get there on the day one is available in a size that doesn't have a wait and I'm thankful for it! Keep up the great work!
