Pinky Promise Champagne Bar is a must-visit for champagne lovers, cocktails, Amazing vibes, delicious bites, and the best happy hour in town. It's a must for a girls night out or any celebrations. Parking is breeze. Enter from 11th street ave parking deck is attached to the building. Try the mushroom and steak flatbread. So good!! Service is excellent!
