From Valentina's review
Apr 16, 2026
(Update Wednesday April 15th: They brought me and my boyfriend to the back of the salon and as I sat down to get my removal a man immediately started grilling me on my review. Mind you, I am a minor, and so is my boyfriend. We are in high school, which they knew about as they acknowledged the nails where for my prom and I previously had a discussion with vivian about my age and the school I went to. A man with tattoos who I'm assuming is the owner tried to bribe me into deleting my review by saying he would not do the removal unless I removed the review, he also tried to offer 30 dollars on my next purchase and a redo of my nails after I told him I don't feel comfortable getting my nails done or coming back to the salon. Never once did he speak to me calmly, he pulled his mask down and started trying to convince my boyfriend to tell me to delete the review. I never got my nails removed as they promised because I ended up leaving. I didn't feel safe as there wasn't anyone around us but a few workers and the man in front of me, all the customers were at the front of the salon getting their services done. Also, I don't see why I need to be verbally berated for telling the truth about what happened in that salon.) (Update Tuesday, April 14th: I asked for a refund today and they denied it. Instead of being professional, Vivian spoke over me in a foreign language as I was trying to tell an employee my concerns, I unfortunately do not know what it was, however I can say it was an Asian dialect. I also got accused of trying to basically fraud the place of their money, as I was trying to explain that my prom was this Saturday and that I wouldn't have proper nails by then, they tried to twist my words and say that I had already gone to my prom and used the nails and was trying to get a refund for them after using them for their intended purposes. Additionally, they began what i could assume was talking badly about me as they kept laughing after i spoke and making faces. They offered to redo my nails but as per my experience, I refused. Thankfully I will be getting it removed. What baffles me is that their non refundable policy, which I did not know of prior is stated on the very back of the nail book, in the middle of a wall of text, which the receptionist couldn't even find for a minute. Don't waste your time with this place.) April 13th: The place in itself was beautiful and clean, I would like to clarify that, however the services were not as outstanding. I recently left a four star review for this salon, however, it was very much forced. I felt pressured as the nail tech, Vivian, was hovering around me pushing for a positive review, they did give me a discount card for it, which was nice, but I don't think I'll be using it any time soon. When I first got my nails done I wasn't very happy with them, I did not want to make much of a fuss because I know this job can be difficult and the woman servicing me, Vivian, was kind hearted. However, I must say, she did not do a good job. I paid 170-175 (I do not fully remember as it was a couple days ago) for my services. I paid 50 for my toe nails, which were lovely, unfortunately I do not know the name of the woman who did my nails. I also left a 20 dollar tip because I know that those tips can greatly help, as someone in the service industry. I can confidently say that for the amount of money this service was, it was not worth it. The beads that they put on my nails began to rust by the third day and started turning black, it stained the acrylic yellow. The nails themselves were not what I asked for, below I will attach a photo of what I asked for, the actual nails done at the salon, and the redo I did. 1st photo: what I asked for. 2nd photo: what I got. 3rd photo: what I changed. I wish I could get refunded for the nails she did and I wish she was more honest with me about her skill level, if she had been honest and told me she couldn't do what I wanted I would have been happier, very dissatisfied as these where supposed to be my prom nails.. read more
