I used Stephanie's services to book a trip to Universal in Florida for myself and my significant other. She was absolutely AMAZING! I've never been to any of these resorts. I didn't know how the Express Passes work, what a Park Hopper pass is, nothing. She broke everything down for me and made sure I understood everything before we headed to Orlando.
