I have been going to Pizza Academy for almost 2 years now since we moved in the area. So it's been decent they have ok stuff however last night we got a chicken broccoli calzone , a small mushroom pizza and a veal sub. and there was literally nothing in the calzone the veal was dry not toaster and no extra cheese like paid for! So I called last night and left a message I didn't hear back so I called again this morning and I man named Paul with a short temper Who told me that they don't get messages even know there is an answering machine and he was very short with me and was not concerned that I didn't like my calzone (II've been in the food service all my adult life) i would never let anything like this leave my restaurant or anybody else's restaurant that I worked for! He also told me to bring it in. So I brought it in so he could see that it was totally empty it was flatter than the pizzas he had on display! I would expect at least some chicken and broccoli he told me there was nothing wrong with it and blew me off (after telling me he'd replace it) I pushed the calzone back at him only missing one small piece and said good luck I will never come here again! he wasn't concerned worse customer service I have every experienced by an owner!
