The place was empty when we arrived. It was 10:40am on a Holiday, Monday. The person who was helping us was courteous and professional. The pizza tasted really good. It was cooked perfectly. I had the cauliflower crust which was a little brown but it was great crispy. My husband had the Cajun one and he was happy with it. I just had two problems with this establishment. The tables and chairs were fairly clean, the order area was not clean. On the backs of the registers. The handwashing area looked gross as well it has a bunch of hard water stains and possibly soap scum. The biggest thing I did not like was that the sauces are not refrigerated by the order area. I'm not sure how long they are out like that but it was worrisome to me. Luckily we got there right after they opened. The toppings looked like they were treated alright and kept cool. The person used gloves when he made our pizzas and I was thankful for that. The finishers also looked a little unkempt. I posted pictures of both things. read more
