My family orders pizza every Friday night. I grew up on Pizza Hut pizza and was thrilled to death to see one open in Pooler. We have had SO MANY problems with this store from not getting the order right (any time we order anything customized) to on at least three occasions, our wings were raw. I asked for our money back after the last episode (around October 2013) and I was told all they could offer was store credit because the order was placed over the internet. I told them that store credit would be useless to me because I do not intended to EVER order from them again. They should be getting a thank you card from Papa John's soon.... The Papa has not messed up an order in the four months we've been ordering. read more
