Crisp pizza served fresh and hot. The quality of the cheese stands out, and the toppings are full of flavor. The sauce was thin and watery, which is where I removed a star. I got both the cheese bread and the calzone, both of which are dipping situations, and while it packed in the fresh flavor, it was impossible to really get any up with each dip. This carried over the the pizza which was kind of on the dry side without a solid sauce base.
I picked the order up, so I can't really comment on the ambiance, but the service was fast and to the point.
In all, it doesn't take the title of best pizza in sw Michigan, but it's certainly a place I would stop again if I were in the area. read more
