I wasn't expecting to find a great local spot when I went down to help build a home for families in Mexico, but that's exactly what I found at Plan B in Baja. This place is a hidden gem! First off, they have Indio beer on tap, which is one of my favorites. It's always a treat to find a place that serves it. The real surprise, though, is right next door: an incredible pizza place with authentic Neapolitan style pizza. The pizza maker is actually from Naples, so you know you're getting the real deal. The pizza is amazing, but don't miss out on the lasagna--it's simply fantastic. Plan B is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of hard work.
