I have neighbors throwing trash in my back yard such as diapers soiled underwear and glass bottles i have other neighbors who feel that they can use the front yard as a toilet for their dog. My yard is riddle with dog poop and when i reach out to the hoa to request assistance what happens i get fined they went after me for years over a car that i had no ability to move but the same neighbor who uses my front yard as a litter box has not one but two garaged vehicles in the drive way.. Oh and by the way people feel like they can do whatever like its the wild wild west and go dove hunting with rifles out in the desert area right behind my property and a school non stop for hours on end and what does the hoa do they raise our dues over 20% in the last year. They pick and chose who they go after while they may tell you the handling things accordingly they have no way of proving it as some people get free passes and when other like my self reached out about the issue with the weeds the Community manager never even responded to my emails. They harass and bully people and its simply not right i lived in a non hoa for over twenty years and never had these issues but to live in an hoa and to deal with this is just unbelievable read more
