I am so pissed off at this place I've been shopping here for years! And I'm talking years like 12 years and I have found some things that needed to be fixed and what not but not anything big. But the other day I found this really cute crop top that was literally like crocheted all the way together And the strap was completely hanging off by a thread and I asked her if she could give it to me for like five dollars because it's going cost me probably $15 to get the strap fixed because it was crocheted and she said no I can't and I said you can't do anything about it? And she said the most I will do is 10% off! In a very very rude manner. So I simply asked her if she could please let me talk to the manager and she said I am the manager and laughed at me! I was just absolutely appalled!!! They were customers behind me laughing at me and as I was walking out I could hear them saying things about me it was so unprofessional and so rude!!!! She refused to give me any kind of number to call as far as any management above her. This happened in Gresham on the Burnside location. And for being a manager I couldn't believe the way she dresses!!!!! Had a greasy hair up in a bun some holy black big T-shirt and some dirty pair of shoes and a worn out para jeans. I'm not judging on luxe by any means but if she is a manager what is going on here?? I almost didn't believe her because of how unprofessional and how she looked. I will never be going to this location ever again. I wouldn't have been so upset if they would've treated me differently and if they would've taken their job seriously.
