Had my dog groomered here today. What a terrible experience! Appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. Dog was dropped off at 9:20am. Stopped in at 2:30pm and haircut was not even STARTED! First photo is of before. Beard butchered, shirt gone!! Wavy lines everywhere and they missed the dew claws. Also was very obvious that my dog was not given water the seven plus hours he was there.
