I can keep this review pretty short and sweet. If you like sushi you will like poke and you will like Poke Bros. In fact you will adore it because you can make a bowl anyway you want assembly line style. I chose a sushi rice base but you can get regular white, brown or salad which makes choosing the rest of your options a smorgasbord of creativity.
