The parking lot in the plaza looks to be a decent size but there are a few restaurants so when those are busy it may be difficult to find a spot. Luckily (?), during a pandemic it's quiet and you could park anywhere you wanted.
Once entering the spa you're ushered into a small seating area on the left. There the staff will ask you to fill out a questionnaire related to covid, take your temperature, ask you to use hand sanitizer, sanitize the bottom of your shoes and provide shoe covers for you.
There's 1 treatment room right off reception and a few more down the hall along with a washroom. For my picosecond laser treatment my face was thoroughly cleansed first. I was given eye protection when the laser was used. It feels like pin pricks followed by a burst of light. I noticed that the areas that had laser were sensitive the following day but that dissipated quickly.
Small, darker spots had appeared where my existing brown spots were not long after the session. Less then 2 weeks later I could see that the darker spots were gone and overall my brown spots were lighter.
Just a FYI that the staff will try to get you to purchase skincare products when you go to square up at the reception. Sometimes they have samples available for you to try first so be sure to inquire. read more
