Extremely Disappointing Service Experience I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the substandard level of service I received. My pool suffered from several issues, including broken tiles and persistent water leaks. While these were concerning enough, what truly exacerbated the situation was the negligence in regular maintenance. Despite paying for weekly service, the technician consistently failed to check the water chemistry, resulting in the growth of algae. When I brought up a simple concern--such as verifying the vacuum speed--he dismissed it with an inaccurate diagnosis, claiming that the valves likely needed replacement, when in fact the issue was easily correctable. The most egregious oversight, however, was the failure to clean the salt cell for over a year, as well as improperly maintaining the filters, despite charges suggesting otherwise. After a recent remodel and acid wash removed the algae, I remained concerned about the water chemistry. I asked a family member to inspect the system and discovered that the filters were waterlogged--due to the technician carelessly running a hose over them--and the salt cell was so encrusted with calcium that it was no longer functioning properly. In summary, the service provided was wholly inadequate and certainly did not reflect the premium price charged.
