This was my husband's and I first time going to a Pops Diner Co. We absolutely loved this location. Leslie was our server and she was an absolute blast. She was relatable and didn't feel like a generic cookie cutter server. You can tell she made her guests feel comfortable and she was super proud of the place she worked at. I wish I took more photos but the mural in the building was amazing and the whole vibe felt super cosy (the booth seats could use a bit more cushioning lol). I ordered the Peach Crush and the Pops Smashburger. The Peach Crush was their special of the day and it was delicious. I could taste the alcohol but it was pleasant. The smashburger was to die for; however, I wish it included more of the honey chipotle sauce. Overall, we will be coming back to Pops Diner Co because both the service and food were amazing and there is more we'd like to try! read more
