While I should have been good and noted the name of each of the food vendors we sampled and written each of them their own review, I didn't.
These food courts were scattered all around downtown, mostly underground, mostly. Each offering a set of quick, cheap, and easy foods for the office buildings drones that slaved away high in the sky. Of the few of these underground food meccas that we popped our head into, this one seemed the best.
We split up and got a sampling from a couple of the more crowded vendors. We ended up with some large hand rolls and some meats from the large deli-ish type place.

None of the food was amazing, but the concept of the culinary arena won us over.
You see, places like this do not exist in Los Angeles, nay, they pretty much do not exist in the states. Plop a few of these around LA and you would instantly improve the lives of thousands who could finally break away from the tyranny of fast food chains.
I wish, oh I wish that I had a place like this to go to for lunch throughout the work week. My life would be so much better. read more
