Extremely rude, impatient, unprofessional, and racist because I am an American Chinese. This is the ever DISASTER in my entire life that I had him to be my lawyer. He went to the District Court (Rockville, MD) with me on 11/15/2024 for the hearing (I am the petitioner for the final peace order) for the contempt of court (the temporary peace order) that turned out to be a disastrous experience. He did this to me because I did not agree with the "agreement" that he set up by himself with the opposite party for no reason. The only reason I can think of was racist because I am an American Chinese. He asked more than 3 times to confirm my ethnicity. He humiliated me by using his finger to point to my face and made me back multiple steps to avoid his finger touching my nose when only he and me in the small meeting room at the courthouse. I was begging to come up with a middle point so I could get a bit of fair treatment when three of us (he, me, and the opposite party) were in a meeting room and trying to negotiate the agreement before seeing the judge. He talked to the opposite party and acted like he was presenting the opposite party; he yelled at me during the meeting for no reason. He also yelled at me in the hallway of the courthouse and in front of the Judge in the courtroom room which made me shocked and speechless in from of the judge. I did not know what to say and/or to do but only could go with the outcome. I almost faint in the courtroom. He misled the judge by saying I decided to withdraw the contempt of the court which I did not agree with his decision, so he made the outcome seem to grant me a final peace order, the reality was that the final decision was entirely in favor of the opposite party.
