This Pottery Barn was the most "outlet" store at the Tanger outlets. What I mean by this is the way they had merchandise set up and priced was definitely "outlet" versus "retail". It feels very warehouse, so do not coming here expecting the standard Pottery Barn experience...however, the prices are still in line with what you would expect at PB, even at a discount. We walked around the store for close to 20 - 25 minutes as they had a lot of merchandise from couches, chairs, dressers, rugs, patio sets, dining sets, art, vanities, blankets, kitchenware, accessories and much more. I was surprised at the pricing, things were still very expensive for an outlet. Additionally, every sale was final. Most stores have their clearance as final sales, but here it was everything. Service was also a bit lackluster and honestly non-existent. The staff behind the counter at entry did not acknowledge us, and when we had a question, we could not find anyone. Someone did pop up and wish a good night, which was our only interaction. Overall, I visited and looked around. Do not have any reason to make a special trip back to the outlets for this Pottery Barn location. read more
