We picked Poulette as our last dinner in Paris. We are SO glad we did. We started by sharing a delicious rillette, which was just enough to whet the appetite. We both had to have the steak frites, the cut here an onglet, prepared saignant. It was executed perfectly and such a tasty cut of beef. The frites were crispy and light. We were asked if we wanted any ketchup (occupational hazard of being an American tourist I suppose) or other sauces. We politely said it was perfect as-is (to their pleasant surprise). The wine we selected was a perfect pairing, and confirmed by our outstanding waiter, Oscar. Both he, as well as the other staff made us feel exceptionally welcomed and made our dining experience a joy.
