Celebrated my friend's birthday at this new-found restaurant in Sct Tuazon near Tomas Morato. They serve mainly chicken dishes with a popular twist. There is a variety of sides and appetizers. Easily became a fan of the Salted Egg Buchiron (P229). The crisp is consistent despite the thick sauce. The flavor is short of salty but evidently sweet and spicy. Go for the plain buchiron seasoned with salt and homemade sinamak. Truffled Fries is not available during our visit and we ordered for the PS Fries (P110). Fries is subtly soggy. Our salad of choice is the Kani Calamansi Truffle Vinaigrette (P215). Served with the freshest greens tossed in citrus sauce. There is an ample amount of shredded crab stick but still not impressed with the dressing. Unlike what it presented in the menu photo, there is no slices of Mango. Enjoyed the bowl of Roasted Corn Soup (P148) and the Poultry Stack Carbonara (P235). Pasta is creamy topped with perfectly cooked poached egg. For the mains, we had Thai BBQ Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. Quarter Chicken with sides is priced at P240. Balance of flavors is just right. Service is plain okay and the ambiance is nice. read more
