I've always heard great things about this truck and their food so a random stop at the store Nextdoor and no dinner in me made magic happen... or so I thought. But before we get there I was praise the welcoming and informative service, and the generous portion sizes for the price. Sadly I was not a fan of the food. I ordered the hot chix (buffalo chicken poutine) with bacon on top. I confirmed it was fresh bacon prior to ordering and I got the world's thinnest pieces. It is legit the thin bacon that hotel free breakfasts give you. Then I for some reason expected hand made chicken instead got restaurant depo frozen chicken nuggets. I expected hand cut fries instead more restaurant depot frozen gems. The gravy had potential to be good but I think they accidentally put good fever instead of gravy because I had a mix of good fever and buffalo. At that point I was already home and wasn't worth going back to fix when I could just have the same from my freezer. Sucks writing this review but the truth is the truth.
