Maintenance entered room with only minors present without knocking. He was cussing and terrified my daughter and then kicked my dog who was try to protect her. They never fixed the drain and instead kicked us out without cause. We found out later that our unit was against fire safety codes. We contacted an attorney and the police who verified that we legally had a right to be there as we were renting it as apartment and were considering tenants. Maintenance tried to put a lock on our doorknob and later removed the door to our unit completely. We were not late with payments. The only thing we did was complain about maintenance. read more
