This place is an absolute shit show. I went in with my best friend to get my upper lip and chin waxed since I get a major reaction when it gets threaded. I shouldn't have gone there AT ALL. I took my service dog in with me, and as though she got mad she tore my skin and gave me a major reaction!!! I WAS BLEEDING!!! Crazy bitch working there, and this business should not stay open since this isn't the first time that I see her be so aggressive towards customers.
