Updated review : Just after 40 days period, I got to see a scorpion inside living area and another one in kitchen after few other days later. So contacted owner and he confirmed that they don't assure for pest free duration after service and suggest to do every month. Hence , I asked him to schedule an appointment for service but he never responded ever. I didn't had any argument with them but never honored for my services. I have previously mentioned about their responsiveness lag but this was extreme. It seems they were not ready to provide further services. I got pest control done from another company and now realized how inferior quality work was done by precise. And that too for same price. Precise guy had exterior done using backpack machine but new company had power spray from their truck. They sprayed everywhere in exterior, even on gravels. But precise did only on edges. Precise took 10 mins for whole interior exterior and new company took 25-30 mins to complete their job. New company used long stick kinda device to run over ceiling corners and windows door edges but precise didn't do any such things. New company put 4 glue trappers in garage where nothing such was offered by precise. Providing this comparison just to let everyone know what huge level of differences are there compared to other company. Please DM me if anyone has any queries.
