Hours said to 11, got there at 10:30 to get my last load out do the dryer and was yelled at by the lady. She also said the dryers are just for washing customers only, never heard that before and been doing laundry for years here when in need as I live around the corner. Apparently at a laundromat you can't use the services if it's not convenient for them? My dryer just went out and am waiting for the part to come in, why would I wash my laundry there when I can wash at my house? She was incredibly rude and kept referencing her "boss" would mad at her because it's for paying customers only, ummmm, I did pay for the dryers, not like they are free. The one literally a block away is way better, friendlier, and nicer machines. read more
