Prezzo may well be a chain restaurant but they seem to use this as an excuse to not put the effort in.
The setting is quite slick which entices you and your expectations to a higher level; only for the service and food to bring you back down that bit harder.
Mixed up orders, half served tables, limited wine selections and nothing fresh but the pizza oven.
All the meals looked the part but you could see the overuse of bland as a key ingredient.
We had time to stay for dessert but after the lacklustre bland meals we saved ourselves from further disappointment.
