Priceless Car Rental at YVR is a solid value with a few rough edges. The arranged airport pick-up shuttle was convenient, and I appreciated the flexibility with vehicle upgrades - I reserved a Maxima or similar, was first offered an Elantra, and ended up driving away in a hybrid RAV4 for the same price.
However, their check-out and check-in processes need serious improvement. Expect delays, as it can take up to 1-1.5 hours before you actually get on the road, and sometimes the cars are not fueled up. Despite these hiccups, the rental rate still makes it a good deal overall.
