I can't begin to express my gratitude for Jesse from prime restorations. We moved into a new condo in August and it was a filthy mess with broken items, holes in the walls, old junk left from the previous tenant.... The property manager outsourced the work to Jesse and I couldn't have been happier with the customer service, prompt Response to issues, and quality of the work that was done. The condition of the house and the shower (broken sliding doors that were at risk of falling) for example were unsafe for my daughter and he made that his first priority to fix so she could take safe baths. You name it, he would do his absolute best to make sure it was addressed and fixed promptly. It was because of him I finally started to feel comfortable in my new place and I appreciate everything he did for me and my family. Things he did were: - paint two bathrooms and one guest room - remove all old nails and stuff left in the walls -removed shower glass doors from bath -mounted TV -replaced all light bulbs -replaced custom sliding doors for washer and dryer -fixed a huge hole in the wall -replaced broken closet doors -replaced all blinds -checked fire detectors -painted window sill There is probably more that he did that I'm missing but those are just to name a few. He literally can do it all and I would hesitate to call him back if I have future needs. The value of his work is unmeasurable. read more
