I cannot even give one star to this horrible business but im required to do so. Please people, do NOT do business with Prime Storage in Salem. They decieve you, go up on your monthly rate every other month. LOCK YOU OUT of your possessions if your one day late in payment. Charge you for extra keys on doors you never knew were part of your unit. When I moved my belongings out my $800.00 mattress of 5 yrs had to be thrown out from mice infestation along with several other pieces of furniture. STAY AWAY!! read more
