The morning of - I received a reminder text and another text when Michael was en route. Michael and his apprentice arrived a few minutes before our appointment, prepared and ready to go. Michael asked a few questions, inspected our equipment and successfully diagnosed our issue. He took time out of his day to give us some basic knowledge on our AC system and how it functions - he brought us the broken component and showed us how/why it failed. About 1-1.5 hours after their arrival our AC was blowing cold again. In the past we'd had trouble finding a reliable AC guy who stood behind the quality of his work.
