what an amazing experience i had here. i certainly tested these guys pretty hard, and they absolutely delivered on all counts. i came here based on reviews, and they were accurate i'm happy to report. i randomly came in with an open ended alignment issue but i was fairly certain it would be deeper than that. luckily they squeezed me into their very busy schedule, assessed my car and found a bent strut in addition to the needed alignment, but what really impressed me was that the parts came in shortly after i was briefed on the issues, as it was a part they don't normally have, but it gets better. i've been meaning to do my brakes so i just asked while i was on a roll...and again they were able to have a delivery guy bring over the pads/rotors a few mins later, while we were talking. and they did all of this by 5, and i went in there at 3 on a busy day (it looked like). i know i probably got incredibly lucky they were able to get the stuff that fast...or they have the connections to make it happen on a whim, either way a lot of work in short time for the right price, amazing indeed. i was price checking everything as i went along to the best deals i could find around just to make sure i was getting a fair price, and it was better than the other prices i researched in fact. but also if you pay by cash you get a significant discount, i believe they do it by percent of your transaction not a flat fee, so if you're racking up the franklins, consider using paper if you can. Katherine at the desk and the whole team had an amazing chorus going the whole time. i liked how they brought me out to see for myself the problems and showed me the sheets with the numbers and did the maths in front of me, loved that transparency, hard work and for sure friendliness as well as professionalism the entire time. will return for sure! read more
