As I hope all of you have done... we spent a few weeks evaluating contractors onsite, and getting estimates. We looked at their level of experience, project pics, and most importantly, what clients have said about them AFTER project completion. We knew from our first interaction -- and every communication afterwards -- that they were very responsive to our questions and concerns. We have a pretty complicated roof with seven sections, 2-3 floors high, on a tight lot surrounded by professional landscaping. They initially flew drones to diagnose the problems, and explained our issues in detail. And they continued the communication during the installation, which really surprised us. Our roof leaked in multiple areas despite just over 10 years old, because it was installed wrong!! But this time, we thoroughly researched five companies and in the end, chose Pro Exteriors.
