After $90 and a few hours of a pedicure, a new dip set and my daughter getting her nails painted, I noticed the top coat and nails were crap. I called and the owner said to come in and he'd fix it. I got the same girl that did my nails. My nails are not even, bumpy in a way that the dip towards the cuticle is higher then dips in the middle. The top coat wasn't smooth and on a few fingers went to my cuticles. Which is uncomfortable after being cured. I thought when I went back in that issue would've been fixed as well and not just put on a new top coat. I don't appreciate the ladies speaking to each other in their language as the other woman looked straight at me. Kinda obvious. At that point I just wanted to leave and be done. Wasted $90 on nails just so I can fix them at home on my own.
While I was there for the first time, she was rough, jerking my hands and feet. When I called to address the issues with my nails I went to mention that as well but he seemed in a hurry to get off the phone.
