i walked into this nail salon and asked for acrylics. i showed them the picture of the nails i wanted which is on this review. the man on the left all the way in the back immediately started working on them. he was very very rough and didn't prep correctly. as you can see, a nail popped off right as i got into the car. almost every single one of my nails are crooked. all of them are very thin. product was all over my nails and fingers. i told him to stop and id do the rest at home as this was very painful on my nails and skin. he told me it was free of charge and i left. (i don't think he wanted his manager to see what he did). i went to sally's beauty supply to see if there was something i can get to fix them. i showed the cashier at sally's and she told me the guy who did my nails, did the exact same thing to her as he did to me. she told me to go back and tell them to remove my nails. i went back and told them that this is very unacceptable. my left thumb was filed way too much and is missing a lot of my natural nail due to him absolutely butchering my nails. the very nice gentleman on the left at the front, told me my nails were way too irritated to do a full removal so he shortened them and filed them to where they don't bother me and don't look bad. please do not come here unless you want to leave unsatisfied. read more
