I've never had my knives professionally sharpened and found Jeff on Yelp. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and it reflects in the finished product. I dropped off my knives and in less than 2 hours all eleven were completed including one that had a missing tip, which he added one on! Knives are super sharp and he even had a pair of scissors I had wanted, that he sold me.
